Are your Market Umbrellas made in Australia?
Yes. Awnet have a Fully Integrated System (from concept to completion) located at our Factory in Melbourne, Australia.
Awnet also have an imported product available made to Awnet engineered specifications.

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity.
We can manage one off customer orders as we manufacture in-house.
What are the Awnet market umbrellas made from?
Custom designed and extruded aluminium interlocking arms with aluminium cogs and brackets.
Stainless steel nuts and bolts.
Awnets patented ‘Engineer Certified’ products have been designed and developed to withstand the harsh Australian conditions.
What choice of Market Umbrella poles do Awnet offer?
Aluminium or Stainless Steel pole, 44.5mm or 50mm in diameter, 1.6mm thick.
Awnet do not use wooden poles as they are unsafe and do not meet Local Council Compliance regulations.

What material is the Market Umbrella canopy made from?
Solution dyed quality acrylic canvas.
Awnet also use a quality Vinyl or Poly Solution Dyed material available.
How is the cover attached to the cafe umbrella?
Eyelets on the corners of the cover, then fixed to the frame with an 8mm stainless steel bolt.
Velcro tabs on the arms for further security.
Can the cover be replaced?
Yes. Remove bolts, swap covers, return bolts to place.
Can my logo be printed on the Market Umbrella canopy?
Yes, complete in-house, graphic design, screen printing and digital printing departments.

How can I safely secure my umbrellas?
Full stainless steel, in-ground sockets approved for Local Council compliance.
Patented slip bolt system for when sockets aren’t an option.
Umbrella bases with Weight Bags or Weight Plates are allowed by some councils, but only if other, more secure options are not possible.
Is the Awnet Market Umbrella wind rated?
Yes, the Awnet Market Umbrella is tested to winds beyond 120kph.
